1. Overall, Hange is a unique and entertaining character.Personally, I don't think Hanji gets enough credit for being not only the most versatile and intelligent of the group, but also one of the most badass.

She can be crazy at times and is one of the scariest when angry!

AoT is Erens journey, from being imperfect to growing towards a great warrior(or monster) protecting everyone he loves. I love how Ymir protects everyone with her Titan. She is like a fearless beast. Also, even without any weapons and powers, she's a complete badass, plus scary, smart, strong, and able with her gear and swords.

Eren, Mikasa, and Armin are the real stars of the show, but Attack on Titan has a great lineup of secondary characters that really add depth to the series, such as Captain Levi, Erwin, Petra, Connie, and many others. He makes friends and when the battle of Trost starts he realizes just how much he wants to protect the people around him. In the later chapters of the manga, her character develops a lot, and she even becomes one of the main characters at one point. She turned from a cute softy to a cute badass. Very complex and unlike Mikasa who was amazing at everything the second she stepped into the academy, and with way less time, and experience then Levi who had years and every day was a struggle and fight, Annie is just an amazing character, both physically, and mentally.

He is humble enough to listen and take advice even from a new member.

Sometimes it's okay to be a little selfish, it's okay to have some pride. This might sound weird but think once, if Levi (say eren with Levi characteristics, best at everything) were the protagonist of this series, it'd not have gained even 20% of the current popularity.
