We were greeted by the very friendly and helpful bell boys who took our luggage to the room and helped with car parking. Breakfast is 3 star standard at best, the buffet is limited and service poor. Our cars were looked after and offered privileged parking right at the front of the hotel. However it could all be so much better. The conference room was very comfortable, the service provided of high quality, very thoughtful...What could be better ? Little effort is made to look after guests and some staff run for cover at the sight of one. You can get back to your room at 6:30 pm to find your room still not cleaned! The view to the lake from the rooms, the restaurant , the lobby, the entrance is so cool. The Aegeo Spa Team, and especially my great therapist RIA was a fantastic, relaxing and happy experience.

Was here for a 1 night business trip, but can't fault this place. I was offered an additional care by the SPA and chocolates delivered in my bedroom. Hoping to welcoming you back in the future so you can enjoy all of our services.
