Only knocked it down one point as we weren’t so happy with kids running around but then again we were at a family orientated hotel and we didn’t have our families with us! This meant we arrived at the hotel after 8pm and had missed registrations and meetings. We really hope to be seeing you again very soon, in this Club Med Village or in another. The rooms are looking tired with toilets that won’t always stop running when flushed, windows that are rotting and rubber seals hanging off which make it difficult to close. The problem was no one noticed, no one tried to help and no one explained what was happening. After that we got into a groove of things and we had a good holiday, despite being made to feel somewhat like an unwanted guest at club med. Most worryingly as seen in other recent reviews on tripadvisor was how poorly ski school has looked after our 4 year old son and the few instructors present didn’t seem to know how to handle 4 year olds.
Thankfully, I kind of knew the process having done it twice before, but again, a lack of information and organisation was a problem. As has happened now for that last 2 years, the coach driver got lost when close to the hotel. We didn’t see the entertainment as it was all too late for my children.
