Reviewed in the United Kingdom on December 29, 2019 As a grown man in his 40s I can not remember the last time I rolled down my car windows and cranked up a cd just to listen to the music and to feel alive but the River Plate cd did just that. Very little effort was put on this release. might as well have your best work studio recorded and mixed instead Please try againSorry, we failed to record your vote. AC/DC at it's loud and powerful best, you have hit after hits with some knew ... The band are fantastic as always BUT the sound is very average and is very poorly mixed and "mushy " I accept this is a live album but the crowd noise is to loud . But for me the pinnacle of the performance is the no-nonsense style of Phil Rudd - certainly less technical (by far) than Chris Slade, but what epitomises Phil's approach is his appearance in the concert video; he dresses down, looks a long-haired slob, and just batters seven shades of you-know-what out of his kit, whilst puffing away on a cigarette stuck in the corner of his mouth! Please try againSorry, we failed to record your vote. I'm an AC/DC fan but I found this release as cheap as posible. Discografia AC/DC: live-at-river-plate - Rock 'n' Roll Train, Hell Ain't A Bad Place To Be, Back In Black, Big Jack, Dirty Deeds, Done Dirt Cheap, Shot Down In Flames, Thunderstruck, Black Ice, The Jack, Hells Bells What can you say its AC/DC saw them on the Black Ice Tour at Birmingham it was exceptional concert better than the one selected here for the DVD, the first part there is a proper ACDC gig excitement the second not so much, I thought the sound within the venue could have been better perhaps it did not transfer to the DVD so well, that said ACDC still tare it up better than anyone, get the picture from this then go and see the best rock band ever live if the opportunity presents its self you will not regret it. One of the best live recordings I have heard. The 19 tracks on AC/DC Live At River Plate span AC/DC's extensive repertoire, including old and new classics like "Back In Black," "Thunderstruck," "You Shook Me All Night Long" and" Rock N Roll Train." The ACDC Live album has been one of my favorite cds of all time.
