The village of Carezza al Lago (German: Karersee) is part of the Dolomite community of Welschnofen, Italy, covering the area from Rosengarten group and Latemar to Karer pass.The community is a 15-minute drive from Bolzano via state road SS 241.This road is also known as Dolomite Road leading from Carezza Ski Resort to Vigo di Fassa via Karer pass.
